Our quality policy

The aim of our process management (QM system) is to further increase and strengthen our customers´ confidence in our work.

In order to achieve the goals resulting from our quality policy, all of us have to be committed to this task as well as having to have special knowledge and act responsibly. The board of directors and the management have committed themselves to assuring that the following quality policy principles are consistently implemented and evaluated:

  • Every employee is responsible for the quality of his own work. He is familiar with the specifications that determine how the required quality in his field of activity is to be achieved. If he does not have all necessary information he must immediately obtain it from his superior.
  • We are continuously improving our processes with respect to organizational, operating and technical matters, thus increasing the quality of our services and products. We are thus also keeping the costs as low as possible, securing and improving our market position.
  • Our process management is integrated into all our processes, supporting an economic and environmentally sensitive behavior of everyone involved. We accept our subcontractors as partners with whom communication is open and performance-oriented.
